Apartament Topaz

Excellent apartment located within a modern residential complex, easily accessible, particularly convenient for car travelers. Ideal for couples; we were highly pleased with it! The host was very friendly and offered a lot of information.

It was a spacious apartment that had a little balcony. Had multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money. Good apartment if you have a car to travel into town.

Check in process was a bit difficult. Bed sheets weren’t 100% clean.

The location

It wasn't clean. All the cutlery was sticky and dirty. The sheets were really dirty. I had to stay 6 houra to was and dry the sheets so I can sleep on the bed (which was full of dust and had stains) No understanding from the owner. Her solution was. He can leave and no refund. Had to clean the toilet. It had mold on the side.

Incredibly convenient location for those going by car. Also walking distance to lots of supermarkets. The apartment itself was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable.

The place is beautiful very clean the bed was very comfortable the owner was really helpful and nice the building is new in a very good neighborhood.

It didnt have an ac but at the end it didnt really matter the temperature in the room was comfortable

Vrey very clean and private, spacious flat. Allocated parking space. We self-checked with no issues as the host sent me very clear complete step by step explanation. I will definitely book the again next time in Brasov

As the bathroom was brand new, there was no shower curtain, so the floor in the bath was wet after shower.
