"Maybe good for summer, but not that much for winter."

Clean studio, good location overall and with a lot of nice things equipped.

During winter time, the studio can feel a little bit cold even when the heating system is turned on always; besides this, isolation is not that good and sadly there was a lot of construction work in the building which didn't let us rest, they were working from 8AM (even holidays and weekends) to late night, because it's when people prepare for summer.

The apartment is very close to the beach. Very comfortable. There is everything you need: dishes, hair dryer. The possibility of pleasant breakfasts on the balcony. Special thanks to Eric, the manager, he gave useful advice.

Apartment was clean and nice, beach is 3 minutes from it, small supermarket is below the apartment, everything is the same as on the photos
