Apartment was clean and nice, beach is 3 minutes from it, small supermarket is below the apartment, everything is the same as on the photos

New construction

When we arrived there was water on the floor in the middle of the room, coming from the fridge and going under the bed. We called the owner who told us to wipe the floor with the mop which was missing. We cleaned the room by ourselves. A problem was also the mattress which was very poor quality. The second problem was the fact that despite the presentation it has a free private beach, this is fake info. The third issue is the early check out at 11.00. Despite the fact that the next client was coming the next day, the owner refused us a late check out for 2-3 hours. Also, there is no possibility for breakfast in the area, in a restaurant.

We had a wonderfull time, the person that had contacted us via WhatsApp explained everything to us The over all design of the studio, the fact that is only 3 minutes away from the beach, very spacious for a studio. My only suggestions is that the studio needs a clothes washing machine. We will certainly come again at this studio. 🌟🌟🌟

AVOID until at least 2024, there is a big construction site. Only half of the blocks of the project ar finalised. It was noisy and there was a lot of dust due to the constructions. There was a bad bathroom smell coming from the sewer, I am not sure if this will be fixed if more people live in the building. Street was filled with water and mud after raining
