Nice and clean apartment. A pleasant garden with natural shade and a quiet caffe (couple of tables only) to perfectly enjoy your coffee or other refreshments. Very nice location, only 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre.

The only, and just a slight downside might be some occasional noise coming from plane takeoffs/ landing, as the property seems to be around 5-6km far from the airport

When I got to the apartment, I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The bed is very uncomfortable and old, even the metal springs came out through the mattress. There was a large stain on the couch, which no one had wiped. As for other things, there is no iron, no slippers and basic means of functioning during the stay. At the time of payment, they charged 6e at the reception, and 2e on the website. So much for professionalism.

Nice place on a quiet street in Nis. 20 min walking distance to the city center/fortress, Great parking place. Clean and tidy, small kitchen available. Elevator in the building. Great communication with the host.

The mattress was not that comfortable but it was not a big deal.
