The location is close to everything in the city, to the MALL, to the fortress, to the center, the provided parking space.

Extremely unmaintained, the walls are dirty and cracked, the flooring is partially damaged, the bathroom is totally ruined, everything in it is crumbling from the door handles to the shower accessories. I had to repair my shower tray because there were balls of hair coming out of it.
