The owner was very nice and helpful with everything, accommodation was also great, clean and had everything we needed with toddler including small board games,would definitely recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, Nemanja greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The apartment exceeded expectations with its meticulous attention to detail and extensive array of kitchen essentials and small accessories. It's easily one of the best-equipped places I've stayed in. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Nemanja again next time I'm in Niš.

Kudos to the owner who was friendly and willing to help us. The room was just the size it was needed, it has everything you need for a short visit. The room has an air conditioner that is sufficient to maintain the heat of the room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was always hot water.

There was a stench in the bathroom from sewage. There are a lot of stairs to the accommodation, so it's a bit of a problem if you have a baby, but it's not too bad. The accommodation was tidy (clean bed linen, bathroom, kitchen), but there was a lot of dust.

First time visiting Nis, didn't really know what to expect. The apartment is on a great location, very nice neighborhood with everything on walking distance. The city center, as well as the Delta Planet is very close, a lot of cafes as well and the best restaurant in NIS - Nislijska Mehana is right next to the apartment. The host Nemanja welcomed us, helped us with our luggage and told us everything that we needed to know about the apartment as well as the surrounding. The most important thing for us was that we have where to park our car and the host provided us with a closed parking spot, which was just another plus! The apartment is very cozy, with a very new and beautiful bath, a small kitchenette with all of the appliances you need and there is also TV with hundreds of channels and free WI-FI.
