"Pleasant stay downtown"

Cosy apartment, just few minutes walk to the city centre. Fully equipped, clean, with cute balkony. Situated next to a famous restaurant and corner shop grocery. Literally one hundred meters away from the safe, locking garage parking. Owner is helpful and nice person. Would come again.

Location close to the centre of Nis. Excellent landlord, very responsive and flexible. The apartment is quite comfortable and well equipped. The underground parking is 100 mt. Away from the apartment, but it is very spacious and shared with other vehicles. Good compromise quality/price.

Bit of smell coming out from toilette that in any case was quite clean 👌.
