Dekart Apartment

The owner was seriously awesome, so chill and helpful. The room/flat was ridiculously clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Loads of kitchen stuff too, perfect for anyone planning to crash there for a while. The parking was in a separate spot, but it was totally private and safe, no stress. Plus, there were mad markets and cool cafes all around, super close to the city center. Definitely a solid shout, highly recommend!

It would be awesome if the owner could hook us up with some snacks like coffee and biscuits for the guests. Just a little something to munch on would be a nice touch!

the owner of the apartment tried to give me compliments on my appearance through the Viber application and bothered me (he was polite, not vulgar, but still, it bothered me). I find it terribly unprofessional and I don't want to experience such things when I rent. I really dont't want that someone flirts with me while I am renting, it makes me sick and disgusted and spoils my stay. I also didnt like that there i too much stairs and no elevator in the building which is uncomfotable especially when you are leaving. Appartment is great but the whole building is like it was constantly upgraded and look strange.

The location is perfect, a 5-10 minute walk from the downtown of Niš. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and even everything one needs for a longer stay. It was clean, cozy, good communication with the owner. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in need of an accommodation for two in Niš.

Nemanja is THE host. Beatiful place comfortable, clean and easy to find. Near city center, you can go on foot at the fortress eather at the main walkroad
