Only the location was good

We booked this accommodation but were disappointed once when we arrived, because we didn't really have parking on the property we had to park outside next to the street. The garden that is mentioned in the booking is actually part of their restaurant and we had a problem with that because our door and the only window we had at the apartment were on that side of the restaurant so we had people who were sitting and eating in front of our door and window and we didn't had privacy and we couldn't rest or have a fresh air because we couldn't open the door from their customers from the restaurant. On the Booking number of the room that we should have been 11, and they gave us 7, when we asked to change the room they were ignorant. The owner asked me to pay him directly on his bank account for the accommodation, and now when I have checked it, I see that he set my status as cancelled, after our trip has ended. Very disappointed.
