1. very strong unpleasant smell in the room 2. there are no insect screens on the windows. no air conditioning either. because of this you can't open the windows at night and get rid of the smell. 3. the owner of the hotel took the license plate off our car and bent and scratched them badly because he thought we weren't staying at this hotel. when we found out he didn't even apologize.

Service varied from day to day. It was mostly excellent, but sometime it was not. Shop is nearby. Clean apartment, equipped kitchen (fridge, induction plate, kitchenware, etc), absolutely great and diverse food (with the included breakfast), great terrace with the dozens of swallows flying around all day. Nests are near the terrace doors so they're doing very low flights.

Terrace is not private (a common area). Although apartment was clean, there was a sewer smell. Closing the bathroom door and opening the terrace door helped a little, but didn't solve it. The smell was the major issue I had during my stay. I didn't spend too much time in the apartment during daytime, so I'm not sure about the temperature, but there was no AC. Some damage was present here and there in the apartment. No slippers were provided.
