"Poziționare foarte bună"

Pozitia este extraordinară, cu acces rapid în Centrul vechi, pe Calea Victoriei, Palatul Parlamentului. Arată ca în poze, are tot ce e nevoie. Comunicare ușoară și acces prin cod facil. Un plus este faptul că este situat la etajul 1 (are și mezanin) și scara blocului și precum și casa scării arată foarte bine, cu senzație de siguranță.

Camera în care este patul separat este f ok, dar cel de-al doilea pat din living este amplasat fix lângă geam. Este recomandat să aveți dopuri de ureche, traficul în zona este intens indiferent de oră.
