The location was big and spacious. it was close to the old town.

the location was near a main street and a warning about street noice and ambulances noice wad appreciated, i were to avoid it if i knew. the pillow were uncomfortable and the bed was very low. the kitchen had a lack of utilities .

Loud inside because of the inefficient windows (you hear the street traffic all the time - below is the boulevard ), not quite clean. Not the best idea to position the table next to the bathroom/toilet when having just sliding door separating them; the spa tub can not be used (the nozzles were not clean). The tub itself could not be filled as there was nothing available to plug the siphon with. Good location for old city fens but not for a family with kids with all the luggage carrying, as the car can be stopped not near the apartment.

Great location, comfortable beds and modern apartment.

Good do with a shower, but as the jacuzzi bath has a shower head not a major issue.

Central location very quiet convenience

The electric in the kitchen needed updating was a little scary

Excellent location, air conditioning was great because it was hot outside. Very comfortable for 3 people.

The bathroom sliding door was not working very well.

The apartment is outstanding in terms of value for the price. Situated in an enviable location, it lies at the very core of the city center, offering convenience and urban charm. Although its modern features have aged, it still retains a contemporary feel. My satisfaction with the apartment is high, and the proximity of the parking lot—merely across the canal—adds to the convenience of living here.

The apartment's soundproofing is not the best, allowing street noise to permeate easily. It requires minor renovations, such as securing electrical switches, repairing the toilet flush mechanism, fixing the bathtub handle, and possibly replacing the chairs. Additionally, there have been instances of individuals soliciting parking fees in public lots, despite the official payment method being through an application. This was observed in the parking area located directly in front of the apartment.
