Comfort 0; probleme de comunicare cu gazda, lipsa apa calda, lipsa caldura, vase murdare. -Adresa de pe booking nu este corecta; nu este adresa reala a proprietatii. -Gazda a mi-a spus pe chat-ul booking sa ii dau mesaj pe Whatsapp pentru indicatiile de check-in, ceea ce mi s-a parut foarte ciudat. -Indicatiile de check-in au fost foarte proaste; mi s-a spus ceva de un garaj, care defapt nu exista; au fost 5 randuri inutile de cum se inchide acea cutie cu cifru de unde luam cheia, si nimic legat de bariera blocului, si unde este locul de parcare exact. (mi-a spus de unde iau cheia pentru garaj si apartament; si nr locului de parcare, dar nu mi-a spus de bariera si de unde gasesc acest loc; am crezut ca este un garaj daca tot a pomenit de el, ulterior cand l-am contactat, m-a luat la misto cum ca nu aș sti sa citesc instructiunile) -Am gasit foarte frig in apartament; la ora 17:00 geamurile deschise; caloriferele oprite, si extrem de frig; nu ne-a dat nicio informatie despre cum setam caloriferele si cum incalzim apartamentul; caloriferele s-au incalzit foarte greu, rotita de la ele este foarte prost calitativa si nu are acele insemne de trepte gen 1-2-3-4 si este foarte greu sa iti dai seama daca le-ai deschis sau nu. Si totusi este 29 decembrie si -5°C cum sa ne lase asa? Cu geamurile deschise? In living-bucatarie (este la comun) exista si un aer conditionat, pe care l-am setat si pe acela la maxim; si tot nu s-a facut cald, si a fost extrem de frig. -Aerul conditionat din dormitor nu functiona; telecomanta era ascunsa intr-un sertar, nu se aprindea deloc; si era extrem de frig, nu face fața caloriferul. -In dulapul din dormitor erau multe perne , probabil de schimb, insa erau toate murdare, cu pete galbene de transpiratie si miroseau urat. -Canapeaua este foarte uzata, si inconfortabila, simteam lemnul can stateam pe ea.

Apartamentul este spatios si pet-friendly.

Sa existe o matura/un aspirator in apartament ca sa pot sa fac putina curatenie inainte de plecare, fiindca am fost cu blanosii dupa mine si, cel mai probabil, au lasat par prin casa.

Właścicielka okłamała nas, że mieszkanie zostało zalane przez sąsiadów na górze. W zdjęciach obiektu jest dowód kłamstwa- jest na ostatnim piętrze. Nie chciała anulować rezerwacji, interweniował booking. Nie polecam. Zostaliśmy bez noclegu kilka godzin przed przyjazdem. Właścicielka jest niepoważna i kłamie.
