"Lovely apartment, experience could be improved"

Clean and spacious Great facilities Great view from the balcony

No water pressure in the bathroom. Balcony has a plastic lining that makes constant noise when it’s windy. Poor check in instructions - despite the location being self check-in, I had to call the host who then asked me to message her and she then sent me some self check-in instructions. Despite having booked 3 nights, they left 1 coffee pod for me to use…

The size of the flat

The flat was unclean, with cockroach every ver first night was very cold the landlord didn't start the heating and next night was very hot and u can't possible to control the temperature in the flat so me opinion it's not deluxe the flat I stay another flat better condition like luxury

Beautiful view, clean bedroom, easy checkin.

Dirty toilet. The most uncomfortable sofa, no support whatsoever. Broken dining chair, we fell off of it. No kitchen towel. Low water pressure in shower. Dirty mugs and cutlery.
