A really good holiday apartment . Beautifully appointed with an eye for detail . Stunning one bedroom flat !

Hosts were very generous with provisions especially as they do not have to provide any.

Apartment was spacious including the kitchen which was well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the garden and the peace and quiet of the location.We also made good use of the washer and dryer. Air conditioning worked very well.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The apartment and the grounds were just as in the pictures, only better in person. The apartment is new and spacious, the yard is a good size and has a gorgeous view. We almost didn't want to leave the grounds -- where would we find a better spot to sit and enjoy local wine and fruit (which the hosts left for us)? The bed is big and comfortable, as is the shower. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it seems cooking-friendly. The microwave and the kettle were very useful. We had a great time!

The apartment was very clean when we arrived; there was complimentary wine, fruit, and snacks prepared, and the owner is very nice and speaks good English. We felt very welcomed. We asked for some recommendations in Portorož, and the owner wrote us a detailed list of restaurants and beaches around the area that were suitable for us with a small kid. We went to the places that were recommended, and we had very good experiences. The apartment has a wonderful view up on the hill, is easy to find with GPS, and has a big parking space free of charge. It's not far from the seaside, and it's very peaceful and quiet at night; we couldn't hear much noise from the beach parties. The bed is very comfortable, and the cot is also clean and safe for the toddler.

We loved everything about this place starting from a breathtaking view. Villa is located on the top of the hill so entire shore is visible directly from your private garden. Garden is equipped with furniture and even grill. Inside it is spacious and panoramic windows make it even more special. The owner, Martina, is exceptionally friendly and helpful starting from all the welcome gifts left and finishing with all the advices given about the place. Best place to stay while visiting Slovenian shore.

Martina and her father are super hosts! We were welcomed by Martina with lots of goodies! They are also very helpful in giving tips and tricks for restaurants, nice places, etc. The apartment is super neat with nice extra features (lighting, Netflix, special shower, ...)

You need to have strong legs to go up the steep climb from Portoroz/the beach back to the villa. In the villa itself, all is wonderful! One minor tip: maybe a bigger outside table to eat/play games outside.
