"FAN-TAS-TIC!"

Martina and her father are super hosts! We were welcomed by Martina with lots of goodies! They are also very helpful in giving tips and tricks for restaurants, nice places, etc. The apartment is super neat with nice extra features (lighting, Netflix, special shower, ...)

You need to have strong legs to go up the steep climb from Portoroz/the beach back to the villa. In the villa itself, all is wonderful! One minor tip: maybe a bigger outside table to eat/play games outside.

"We would have liked to stay longer."

The level of luxury in the villa was way above our expectations and immediately made us feel properly on holiday. The host communicated very well with us right from the point of booking and was very accommodating. We stated our approximate arrival time and when we arrived, we were able to park straight away right outside the front door and the host was already waitining for us.

We didn't use the beaches in Portoroz because they all seemed to charge entrance fees and were mostly built of stone and concrete, too reminiscent of big hotel resorts, which is not our cup of tea.
