Brașov Old Town is small, so you can get there quickly. Since you enter all your information online before you arrive, the check-in process is very quick.

I booked a Double Deluxe Room, but the room I was assigned has a window facing the hotel lobby instead of an outside view. Room number 2 does not have a proper exterior-facing window and feels enclosed, as it directly overlooks the lobby area. I also noticed that other rooms with better conditions were available for only about €2 more than the price I paid. However, when I asked to change rooms, I was told that I would need to pay at least €10 extra for a room change. I am disappointed because the room I received does not match my expectations for a Deluxe Room, and I believe the room characteristics should have been communicated more clearly before booking. I would appreciate Booking.com reviewing this situation.
