Very close to tourist landmarks (within walking distance), beautiful room…

They did not let us in and had to find last minute accommodation the night we arrived in Brasov. We never received any communication from them regarding check-in or how to access the property. Booking got it all sorted out eventually and we received a full refund, but the awful experience of been left out on the street at night will linger on. Next day they claimed to Booking that they were overbooked.

Posizione perfetta per il centro di Brasov, a 5 min a piedi. Bella struttura, check-in e check-out semplicissimi, camera spaziosa, fresca, corrispondente alle foto. Letto comodo, pulizia ottima.

a cercare proprio il pelo nell'uovo, la camera matrimoniale al piano di sopra aveva sul tetto un abbaino senza oscurante, per cui appena fa giorno la camera si illumina subito. A me non da fastidio la luce quando dormo, quindi nessun problema, altrimenti consiglio mascherina per gli occhi.

Room had no outside windows so was dark and stuffy

Na początek zaproponowano mi pokój bez okien! Odpowiedziałem że takiego nie było w ofercie i nie chce go. Zamienili na pokój na piętrze z dużym oknem od zewnętrznej strony więc ok. Chociaż uwazam, ze dbając o komfort gości powinni w pierwszej kolejności go zaproponować.
