The apartment boasted an excellent location, well-thought-out design, and effective communication with the owner. Gordana was highly responsive and helpful. Additionally, the bathroom was impeccably clean, thanks to the efforts of the cleaning crew.

Our stay was marred by insulation issues in the bedroom leading to a chilly sleeping environment and a noticeable mold odor. The otherwise clean apartment revealed maintenance shortcomings, notably a substantial black mold stain under the mattress that could have been prevented with proper insulation and different mattress support.
