Quiet renovated appartment, better equipped than a hotel room.

The dimmers for the lighting are a bit noisy, but that there are dimmers at all is a plus.

Excellent apartment! Everything is clean and in a good condition. Nice central location in the beautiful district Vrachar. There was quite in the apartment. Very kind host! One can also ask for a transfer from the airport - so convenient. Highly recommend!

I've found no cons.

Very nice small apartment near city center, very nice location, a pleasant realxed area around. Very easy to get inside, absolutely no contact with the host, that was very cenvenient for us :) The host was so kind to leave a couple of beers in the freege, which was super nice. As the app-nt is super small, it is expectedly lacking some degree of comfort, but most what is needed is here. Unfortunately, there were no rubbish bean, and it is not very convinient to dry plates (there is no special place for it, and one needs to use the surface of the oven, which means you cannot dry plates and cook at one time) - but that's really a minor thing.
