The place was very spacious, cheap price, good wifi.

It is located underground, the only type of heating was an old oil radiator, it was cold in the apartment, and the radiator couldn't keep up because of the size of the place, the jacuzzi was fine but could use some work, the head rest was detached because of mold. The boiler is the real problem, either steaming hot or really cold water, needs to be fixed

Location

It's just uncomfortable. Has a very little of everything (kitchenware, furniture etc). It was cold in there, but the apartment was equipped with only one old and rusty electric heater.
