"Best location"

Spacious, great location, good and easy communication with an owner.

There wasn't extra blankets, hot water cattle, and sharp knife. But I didn't ask for those, if I did I am pretty sure the owner would provided.

Good location.

The landlord was late at the appointed time, so waiting with the car stopped on the sidewalk and being on caution for police patrol was not a convenient situation. The apartment is not an apartment per se. It's an adopted subterranean basement space into a place to stay.
