Ćukovac studios

I've stayed here in Zemun several times now, and the location is perfect for me. I could go on but I think I've reviewed it multiple times already and am starting to feel a little silly.

The one thing to watch out for has nothing to do with the studios themselves, it's that Zemun can be very difficult to get to and from if you have important business in other parts of the city.

The host was very nice and helpful. Lovely

Bed and pillows had a strange smell, like they were wet or used before.

Nice size, cute balcony, good location - felt cozy

Bathroom smelled bad, like mold/mildew, also the sheets/blankets were kind of itchy material

The room was cozy and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The check-in and initial communication went with no issues. The location is quite good, nice and peaceful, with a few local shops nearby and frequent buses within less then a five minute walk from the studio. The host was fine and had good intentions, but they could provide an even better guest experience.

The bathroom had a strong odor. You cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet and there is no ventilation. The basic cutlery (mugs, coffee spoon) weren't well washed; we had to wash the dishes before using them.

The room was very nice, clean and well kept. The check-in and initial communication went with no issues. Location is quite good, nice and quiet. Check-out went flawless as well.

The apartment was equipped with 2 large and 2 small towels (for the 2 of us). Since we were there for 3 days after a day or two, we asked for new towels and got the response along the lines : towels are changed by law every 3 (or 4 days) and linen every 7 days. We found this weird, being without clean towels. Further, it had only 1 toilet paper roll and we asked for more. We got only 1 more 😅 So prepare your own towels and toilet paper, they seem to be a bit stingy on these 😂
