Apartamentul nu este încălzit , se incearca încălzirea lui cu un aer condiționat care nu face față la o suprafață așa de mare , in baie nu se încălzește deloc, e o adevărată peripeție să faci duș !

Un mare minus căldura ...care se face de la un aparat de aer condiționat...si faptul că apa de la boiler nu ajunge pentru dus la 2 persoane
