Parcarea in curte inchisa este un mare plus.

Incalzirea se face cu un aparat de aer conditionat care este pozitionat in zona hol-bucatarie Daca in anotimpul rece nu lasi usile de la dormitor si baie deschise, ingheti.

In camera noastra lipsea aparatul de cafea, nu aveai de unde sa cumperi din apropiere deoarece este o zona destul de remote de oras.

Clean rooms, and a passable price. OK but only for warm season.

Strong sewer-like smell in the bathroom. No heating in the apartments, just a small A/C in the open space livingroom pointed at the bedroom door. That means keeping the door open at all times if you don't want to freeze in the bedroom in cold season. Very cold bathroom, not inviting for a shower. Kitchen accessories lacking; frying pan unusable due to the teflon being literally scraped off the bottom. Location is next to the city belt road, so it's more akin to a motel in terms of accessibility, you kinda have to drive everywhere.
