Location, Ground security staff, externals of the property, roof top pool views

Provided the wrong room on check in, room was tatty and damaged from excessive use and abuse with no proper maintenance despite taking a security deposit. Host refused to accommodate as per booking and threatened to check us out over fears of a negative review. we were provided a like it or lump it type response. Also guests should be made aware of the extremely strict rules imposed by what appears to be Chinese ownership regarding fines for various things around the building.
