Air conditioning extremely loud. Sofa with disgusting scratches. It's literally in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area. The check in agency are extremely unprofessional. They had me go to some agency to get the keys and there was no one . Then I had to go to the property to collect the keys. Then the keys didn't work. Then the WiFi didn't work and they had me stay in the property for 1h for the technician to come. When he didn't come I called and only then they gave me the WiFi password. I would recommend the owner to change agency .

"Awesome apartment with good facilities"

Small kitchen with microwave, induction heater, fridge, water heater everything was available so saved a lot of money by buying frozen items from 7 eleven instead of going to restaurants. Swimming pool was good. Recommend anyone coming to Pattaya to book an apartment here.

AC was not working but didn't complain because we thought we would blamed. Since this is also a residential building, the main office or reception was at some other address which we were not aware of. So call them the morning of your arrival date.

Pictures on Booking website were old or photoshopped. The air conditioner was only making awful sounds, but not working. The block of air conditioner is in the room, so it’s very loud and the air is not circulating. That’s why, it was so hot in the room even using fans all the time. There were cockroaches and ants. There was water in the bathroom sink all the time, it seems that the pipes were not clean, that’s why water stuck. The bed was so uncomfortable like you are sleeping on a bench. Tried to use the sofa-the same like a bed. The furniture and dishes are so old, walls look dirty. All that was so disturbing, so we had to rent another accommodation after few days, and could not refund money for that one, cause it was not refundable.
