liked the location, liked the facilities, like the 'host' who was reasonably helpful at resolving most issues...

no wifi! no signal in apartment. some unsightly damaged furniture, air conditioning poor which was reported but never resolved...

unbelievable stay when I come back to pattaya I will stay here. kitchen sitting room spectate bedroom and spacious bathroom. great value for money could not recommend more

50% of lights next to the pool not working.
