The only positive aspect of this accommodation ist the location and the low price. However, the price quickly loses its appeal when you take into account the appalling hygiene conditions and the run-down facilities

The photos on the listing are completely misleading – they were either taken right after a renovation or have been heavily photoshopped. The apartment is in a disastrous state: it hadn’t been cleaned, and it’s clear that no one has taken care of it in a long time. The only thing done was that the beds were made, and a few ancient towels were provided. The beds creak loudly, and there are no blinds or curtains – meaning you’ll be awake as soon as the sun comes up. I had to hang a blanket over the window just to get some sleep. Someone had clearly smoked inside the apartment, and the stench of nicotine was impossible to get rid of. Please take a good look at the photos – and do yourself a favor: spend a little more and book a place where you don’t have to worry about your health due to appalling hygiene conditions.

The location of the apartment is perfect!

The equipment was weak, for example there was 5 chairs for 8 people, and there was not coffee maker. There was not enoght glasses. Purity was horrible. There was not clear the method of the payment, nowhere was written it is possible only in cash.

The location is perfect, in the city center, close to the famous Kalemegdan Park and the pedestrian street with restaurants.

Parking a car, even just to unload the luggage, is almost impossible. There is a paid parking lot nearby, but you have to wait a long time for it, as everything is taken. The apartment was extremely cold and unwelcoming. The air conditioners were blowing cold and unfortunately we couldn't rest from the long journey we had during the day. The hosts were nice, but communication was complicated, they didn't give us a code to enter the apartment, it turned out that the host was waiting for us, but we were in a traffic jam. At one point, no one answered messages and calls. It not our first time in Belgrade and we love it but we couldn’t rest properly in the apartment

Location is great, close to city centre. Apartment is really big, great for several couples travelling together.

It was pretty cold. There is AC in every room but it seems that they could work better.
