Location was the only positive thing!

Extremely disappointing stay - avoid at all costs!" This was by far the worst rental experience I've ever had. The host was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. She never sent any necessary information, and when I reached out for clarification, her responses were vague and confusing. She initially told me I could leave the payment in a secure box, but at the last minute, she insisted on coming in person to collect the cash. This forced me to withdraw money unexpectedly, as she had never made it clear she only accepted cash. When I asked for more clarification, she refused to explain anything and simply told me, "If you want to stay, you have to pay." To make matters worse, she sent a friend—someone I didn’t even know—to collect the money, making me feel incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable.i was supposed to pay 13000 Serbian dinar and he pretended it was 30000. Thankfully I had the message from her and he accepted it! As for the flat itself, it was filthy. It was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in, with no curtains, meaning the lights from outside flooded the apartment at all hours. The kitchen was severely under-equipped, with just three spoons and a few forks for a booking meant for five people. The only redeeming factor was the location, but beyond that, this stay was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Total disappointment!

First of all you'll need to call them to get a key. Was not a problem for me this time but I remember times it was. It's 3rd floor with a very nurrow, curly etc staircase - no elevator. If you are an elder person with few suitcases - not an option at all. On the bright side - I was able to lift up a double preambulator so everything is possible )

The location is great! There is air conditioning.

It wasn't very clean...The couch has dirt spots, the walls are all dirty. The bathroom smells like mold. The water in the shower was very hot one second and very cold the other... There are no window curtains, so no privacy and if you are like me and my youngest son...you are awake at first light.

Location was great for us as it is close to the center and close to the bus station to the airport.

The flat is close to all central attractions. It is spacious and quiet, has basic amenities. Host was helpful and flexible in terms of check-in/out.

Pictures of this flat on Booking were probably taken years ago, when it was just refurbished. Currently it's very dated. Also it can't be used as a 3-bedroom apartment during the warm season as the 3rd bedroom was created out of a closet or some other service space and is super small with no air conditioning. When we arrived it was +27 outside and probably +40 in that room. Totally not inhabitable. Also it feels like hosts have 0 interest in making your stay comfortable - no bedside light, no curtains. Everything is super basic - cheapest possible bed linen, no décor whatsoever, small towels. So I would say this flat is OK for a short minimalist stay for a reasonable price, but do not expect anything more.

Very good location

3rd floor no elevator!! Bad smell from the bathroom when the bathroom door open. The cooker hood was incomplete hence not working properly. No curtains. No hair dryer, even though it was also requested beforehand. We only had face towels, none body towel. The owners superficially eager.

Very good location, spacious , we had everything we needed!!!

There’s always space for improvements but for what we needed was ok.
