Siisti huoneisto kätevällä sijainnilla. Asunto oli tilava ja siellä oli myös pesukone. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

Wc.n bidee oli rikki ja siitä ilmoitettiin, lupasivat tulla korjaamaan seuraavana päivänä, oltiin 4 yötä mutta korjaajaa ei näkynyt.

Die Abholung der Schlüsselkarte war einfach, das Appartment war einfach zu finden. Das Bett war bequem. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, was sehr praktisch war.

Wir fanden die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts ruppig und nicht sehr freundlich, es war sehr transaktional. Die Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos schöner aus als sie ist, sie ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig, der Boden war extrem schmutzig. Es gibt zu wenig Möglichkeit, die nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Lüftung im Bad ist extrem laut und sie geht automatisch an, wenn man das Licht anschaltet.

The apartment was well appointed with everything I needed. The décor was great and the pool was very enjoyable.

Communication with the host was challenging. I didn't hear back after I had emailed my passport info and had to message 2x and call before I could finally get the information I needed to retrieve the keys. I had also contacted them right after booking to extend my stay but never heard back from them. This is a personal preference for sure, but the mattress and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

This apartment offers excellent value! The flat itself is spotless, which is always a great start. I was pleased to find a good selection of cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The staff are very responsive, addressing any needs promptly. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to everything. Having a washing machine in the apartment is a real bonus, making longer stays much more comfortable. And the free parking is a huge convenience! The apartment's proximity to One Nimman and Maya Shopping Centre (a 5-7 minute walk!) is a major plus. You're surrounded by a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants, and massage, offering plenty of options for entertainment and relaxation. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, convenience, and value!

While the apartment is fantastic, there are a couple of minor points to note. The bed's headboard is a little loose, so it makes a bit of noise when you lean against it. Also, the cleaner rang the bell 20 minutes before check-out time, which, for my partner who tends to run on a last-minute schedule, was a bit stressful. However, these small issues didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the apartment.

Very very small detail, but it would do with a French press or some other way to be able to make coffee using ground coffee beans.

Great apartment. Super clean, comfortable and fully equipped for extended stays. Great clean facilities and the building is right on the edge of Nimman, so you have tonnes of options for bars and eateries. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in / out process was seamless.

Only part that wasn't overly comfortable was the mattress in the room. I don't mind it being firm, but this was super firm and uncomfortable after a few days, so something to be aware of if a really firm mattress ain't your jam. Everything else was spot on!
