"如果會搭乘 grab的話，建議搭車點可以選在住宿點出來的UOB銀行那邊，因為尼曼路很多車，司機臨停蠻麻煩的"

地段很好，離古城或MAYA都算近，屋內設備齊全，如果想做菜的話也可以器具也都有。 有書桌可以工作，適合遠距工作與長居的人
