The hosts were so helpful, friendly and kind. We loved our stay here and it felt like home. The location is perfect in Nimman to walk to the main square with many great restaurants and cafes around. Would love to stay here again! Thank you

The bed could be a little softer

The appartment is well designed in a good location. The bed was though left ruined by the previous guests, due to a very arrogant owner my review is as negative.

The matress and the topper were ruined by the previous guests. I have slept 1st night on the floor. 2nd day the owner send over two non-english speaking employees to check out the situation. They agreed to buy a new topper but disagreed on the matress. There were previous complaints on it tgat I have missed amongst reviews. The owner manages on distance and became extremly arrogant, no matter I have sent a large amount of photos and videos to demonstrate the situation (the non-english speaking employess tested the matress with hands and refused to lie down on it) she avoided the problem and additionally asked me to stop writing. After booking.com contacted her she agreed I can leave and benefited a refund for the remaining days and wrote I "forced myself to stay". I ruined my back and lost a lot of nerves with this accomodation so I strongly disadvise it. I hope the owner after I had left finally decided to test the matress herself and had bought a new one. If not, avoid this accomodation! Attached is the photo of the curve on the matress with the new topper, it was a lot worse with the full weight of a human body on it.

how clean and modern it is, great location, balcony had a great view. Clear communication.

The mattress needs to be changed as it was very worn. One more mirror would be great on a wardrobe. Non sticky pan would be ideal as i didnt have oil and it was hard to cook on the pan without it

Loved the condo because there was a kitchen for meals, a living room to relax and a bedroom. The pool was closed during my stay but it looked great. Elevator was fast. Intelligent TV was supplied so able to use YouTube, Netflix, etc. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to. AC worked very well!

There was no washer/dryer. The bed was extremely firm to the point of almost being uncomfortable. A gel topper would definitely be welcomed. The access card did not open the rear gate of the complex so you had to walk all around the block to access the Nimman area.

We knew the Palm Springs buildings before. We stayed in another one. They are all the same. Nice and practical. This one in a slightly worse location because it leads to the main road instead of into the inner Nimman roads but that doesn't matter. The communcation with the host was great, the apartment super clean, the process to get the key and enter straight forward. All is great. I didn't find the bed super comfy but it was not bad either. All in all, I highly recommend this place if you want an apartment and want to be independent and flexible. 10/10.
