Stadium apartment

2 Room apartment, so spacious, had everything for cooking and coffee. Wifi speed was good, room were quite clean

Requested for additional 2 hour for checkout as checkout time was 10.00 AM. But had to pay extra 15 euro for this where as room rent is 45 euro for a night. So, bit dissapointed about this, otherwise everything was fine. Also, for parking, you need to pay 2 euro/hr for street parking which was inconvenient.

Clean and nice apartment with all the necesarry amenities, very close to a tram going to city centre. Very simple check-in and check out. Thumbs up !

Parking might be a problem, especially if there is an event on the football or tennis arenas which are very close to the property. Initally the property advertised free parking in a nearby garage (confirmed by several previous reviews), but since we made the reservation till we get there they changed the policy. Parking is possible on the street and nearby streets, but you need to pay public parking tariffs which on a longer term may result in important additional costs.

Nice and clean apartments, not far away from center. No need to use public transport. Clean and everything what is needed inside. Big supermarket 3 min walk.

Apartment confortable and clean (except the dishes). Convenient self check-in to access the accomodation.

The sofa bed was not prepared with bed sheets before we arrived. Some dishes were not properly cleaned. The sink in the bathroom was a little clogged. And there was some bas smell from the toilet room. Also, we expected to have a dedicated parking space which finally was not available anymore (it seems the description was changed between the time we have booked and the moment we actually travelled and we have not been informed). So we had to leave our car in the street and pay the public parking for 2 days.

The owner didn’t reply to my texts. They didn’t give us a way to get inside the building. We had to guess that we had to use this app to open the front door of the building… I called and they replied only once and hang up after five seconds. I also texted them so I can get an answer on how to get inside only to get an answer 1 hour later😅. Thankfully we got in after a nice man opened up to get inside. Furthermore, the wc had this lingering smell and the house overall wasn’t the cleanest. Bedroom windows had mold on them🥲! It has great potential as it is nicely renovated, but the owners need to clean more carefully and reply when the guests need something… PS please change the automated message so as to clarify how to get into the building. People get confused, I read it in so many comments
