Location. However, too much struggle around getting information. No instructions given in advance, you need to contact property owner each time. (Wifi, tv, no info upon arrival)

Cleanliness, this flat needs a proper cleaning. Dust everywhere, dirt on carpet and bedsheets with holes.. Toilet itself, smells badly. No hand towels..

Good location, nice apartment size and clean

The heating in the bathroom doesn't work, the toilet is leaking and we had to call and wait for the check in instructions to be sent (they had promised they would send them early afternoon but haven't).

It is just amazing! It is so clean and both bed and sofa is so comfortable. Even though it is located a little out of the center, there is a tram stop 1 minute away from the building so it is very easy to come and go. We'd love to stay longer!

For us it was not a problem but for light sleepers the tram noise coming from outside during the night time might be a problem. Also the sound of the fan in the toilet is extremely high :d

It’s a big and comfortable flat, fresh design, clean and well-equipped. The location is nice - there’s a bus stop nearby, a shopping mall and some cafes though they don’t work until 11 am mostly.

There were some issues with entering the house and the instructions for that were not sent in advance. It would be nice to get detailed and clear instructions in advance.
