Sundsvall by M - Apartment

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed yet still peaceful and quiet. The host was fantastic—responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

There was a slight drainage problem in the bathroom, hopefully the owners will fix this in the future.

It’s clean quiet space. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen. There is a parking lot near the house, if you are traveling by car.

I had a beautiful stay at the apartment Sundsvall by M visiting my son who is on exchange for six months. A lovely and cosy spot to go out and explore all the good things Sundsvall has to offer. Brisk walks through the forest, on the lake and short but sweet ski slopes for a perfect variation of outdoor activities. All your outdoor gear is easily borrowed just a street over from the apartment. You can also easily walk to the town center for a whiff of culture. The apartment is perfect to do some home cooking and to watch a movie after an intense day. Visiting an ice hockey game is a nice way to spend your evening. I met Marcus a few times during my stay and he is a very kind host and asked me to take care of his babies (to water the numerous plants in the apartment 😉). This spring I will be back with my daughter to experience yet another season in Sundsvall and we are glad to stay at the apartment again.

Very nice and comfortable apartment! The parking place was very convinient.

Maybe the bathroom would need some renovation to meet the quality of the rest of the apartment but overall it was a perfect stay!
