Penzion Chopok - Apartments

Very nice host and great accommodation.

The host is a very kind woman. The room is basic but you have everything you need. The kitchen corner is very small if you want to cook or prepare food. The location is good very close to the highway if you travel by car. There is a beautiful garden near the river where you can sit on a long chair, there is also a barbecue. However the garden is separate from the house by a road. You need to cross the road to be in the garden. We got a wine bottle as present in our room which was very nice. There is a good breakfast option with Drak pension which is just near for 10eur/pp and we were very happy with it. The breakfast was very good .

There was a smell in the room - like if someone has smoked. There was no toileteries in the shower when we arrived (no body gel and no shampoo) and we had to shower with the hand soap that there was near the sink - although it was written that there are in the booking site. I asked for body gel in the morning since i didn't bring some and she brought me a whole bottle the day after. If you bring your own it's not a big deal. The room was not cleaned every day and the woman is not to be seen everyday.

The location is amazing. The yard with playground and picnic area are wonderful , the river next to the house and a lot of flowers make this place miraculous. The apartment were very clean, well equipped and cozy. We booked for two nights and then stayed for two more. We decided to drive more but to come back to this place after hiking. Jana is the best host we have ever met: very caring, pleasant and a person who thinks about everything you may need.

Great place to spend a couple of days:) Host was extremely nice, the room had everything that was needed, close to Jasna by car.

It was close to the ski buss station, usually we were able to fit to the buss, which was verry convenient. Private convevient bedrooms was important criteria for us. Also, warm place where to leave snowboarding equipment was amazing, as we didn’t need to think about out own heaters. Pleasant host, best recomendations!

Price is good. You get what you pay for.

Host only speaks russian. No posibility to speak normal language. Place is far (12 - 15 km) from skiing resort, no amenities around. At time of arrival no normal place for parking was available.
