他的位置離車站超級近，走路不到幾分鐘就可以到。旁邊有一座大賣場，走幾步路就到了，買東西很方便。

因為他位置在一樓，而且窗口旁邊就是人行道，沒有什麼隱私空間，而且窗簾沒辦法全部拉起來，容易聽到馬路的汽車聲音以及講話聲音。建議夏天時不要住這邊，因為他沒有提供風扇。
