Perfect location. Lovely play to stay and visit would stay again

Could do with larger towels as only hand towels. But we managed. Bed a little hard but not the worse

Good location-near the bus station and center, has a kitchen and the fridge inside, spacious-although unnecessarily big and I am not quite sure what to do with all the extra room.

Extremely cold in winter, very noisy at night due to its location near a main road. Please note that they do not allow luggage storage after check-out. If you need to store your bags, this is not the place for you. Unfortunately, my stay at this place left me with a bitter memory of Košice, which is otherwise a wonderful city with lovely people. If you don’t speak Slovak and are looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay, I strongly advise avoiding this place. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with accommodations in any country I’ve visited, and I am still in shock from what happened. I paid in cash with a larger bill(100 euros) and since they didn’t have a change, they told me much later through the app that they would give me the change the next day and asked me to tell then when I am in the room. I apologized for causing trouble, although I didn’t feel it’s my fault for expecting them to have change. The next day, the staff member who speaks English received my message about meeting at the agreed time and said “OK”. But, when I was waiting for the staff at that time, no one showed up and I didn’t get any messages. I sent them multiple messages respectfully over two hours yet I didn’t get any replies. When I called to ask what happened, I was simply told, ‘I didn’t get your messages’. Ok, but why didn’t they show up at the agreed time? At the very least, why didn’t they inform me that they would be late or let me know what time would be more convenient so I can adjust my plans? Instead, I was scolded and told that it was MY FAULT for paying with a larger bill when I knew the amount. when I tried to express my concerns about their lack of proper communication, they didn’t listen at all and talked over me… it was shocking. I had to cancel my evening plans sadly and simply wait in the accommodation for the staff. I think I will just have McDonald’s or something in the room… I honestly cannot believe this happened.

A spacious apartment in an excellent location.

The wall-mount for the shower is really low down, which makes absolutely no sense. Should have put it near the ceiling, not at waist height! At least it is possible to take it off the mount and wash one hand at a time.

The location is fine, you are 3 4 minutes from the city center.

It was too hot in the apartment, i couldn't sleep how hot it was. Suggest to the owner to mount an AC unit.

A short walk to the Centre of the City.

There is absolutely non clear an amount of the payment of the total sume prior to making of booking. Due to the personal circumstances I was not able to reach the check in time. Property must very clear to announce prior to the booking, that the gest should pay an extra 10Euros if the gest is coming later, out of check in time announce. Also I was asking to pay a little for the cost of accomodation as a gest using property for the City Council. It seems to be a council tourist tax, which is 2,5 Euros a night! These two payement should be calculated prior to the booking. It does not look like very fair for the guest, if you are asking for extra money immediately your reach the property!
