wir haben keinen Ablauf für den Check in erhalten. Mussten beim Vermieter anrufen, der aber gut erreichbar war. Er hat uns Fotos vom Parkhaustor, dem Schlüsselsafe und weiteres gesendet. Allerdings keinen Code für den Schlüsselsafe und keine weitere Vorgehensweise. Also sind wir erst mal falsch (mit Ticket) in das Parkhaus rein und mussten 1,30 € zahlen, um wieder heraus zu kommen!!! Dann erneuter Anruf und dann kamen ca. 14 Uhr die Anleitung zu den Bildern vom chek in. Dann klappte der check in auch problemlos, aber dauerte mit Anrufen und Wartezeiten eben fast 90 min. und unnötigen 1,30 €. Das war eher abenteuerlich und unprofessionell. Die Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters allerdings war dagegen sehr gut.

Vorgehensweise check in: keine Anleitung per Email erhalten - erst nach 2 Anrufen erfolgte hier die Zusendung! Die Sauberkeit im Bad bewerten wir vom Handtuchtrockner und dessen Anschlussleitung (direkt neben der Toilette). Allein ein Staubsauger hätte hier schon mal seine guten Dienste getan. Ansonsten kann man nichts negatives sagen. Die Preise der Minibar sind schon heftig! Zumal Billa direkt gegenüber 7 Tage geöffnet ist.
