"Finger weg - Nicht zu Empfehlen - Stornierung seitens des Hosts am Tag der Anreise"

Da wir die Wohnung niemals zu Gesicht bekamen, kann das nicht beurteilt werden.

Am Tag vor Anreise haben wir uns nach den Check-In Modalitäten beim Anbieter erkundigt, daraufhin erfolgte bis zum Tag der Anreise keine Reaktion. Am Tag der Anreise (Check-In ab 14 Uhr möglich), erhielten wir gegen 9 Uhr die Info, dass das Apartment nicht nutzbar ist und Reparaturarbeiten das ganze Wochenende andauern würden. Uns wurde dann wiederum 2-3 später (nachdem wir zwischenzeitlich kurzfristig nach einer Ersatzunterkunft suchen mussten) eine alternative Unterkunft oder eine Rückerstattung der Kosten angeboten. Die Fotos der angeblichen Ersatzunterkunft sahen zu gut aus, um echt zu sein, sodass wir dankend ablehnten. Danach weiterhin keine Reaktion des Hosts, weder per Mail noch telefonisch. Erst nach Einschaltung des booking.com Kundeservices haben wir unser Geld wieder erhalten.

"Rewelacyjny pobyt w samym sercu Bratysławy!"

Wszystko było po prostu idealne! Apartament jest przepiękny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony – dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Lokalizacja w starej części miasta to strzał w dziesiątkę, wszędzie mogliśmy dojść pieszo. Kontakt z personelem wzorowy, czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka komfortu i świetnego klimatu
