Green Haven Luxury Apartments

The workers here are just exceptional. We stayed an extra night which was also easy to arrange through the property. I would stay here forever. Their hospitality is just like no other!!!

The accommodation was filthy, had cockroaches as big as african elephants. We were 5 but were given only 3 torn towels No bathmats yet when I asked for towels I was also given bath towel by security. The bathroom was not cleaned after the last guest The guard had to wash it, at 10 whilst we were waiting to fall asleep. No welcome tea and coffee or water The beds were dirty Bathrooms were leaking and plying not attended to Bathroom fixtures were broken

The was no sugar when we wanted to make tea and we couldn't find a mop.

Beautuful builiding nice lay out. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There must be a down grade. Furniture is old and used. Towels have holes in. Patio set is broken. Lights in bathroom nor working. Handrails in bathroom is broken. No soap and body lotion. Cutlery is not the same it is mix and match. Not enough for 4 people. Had to ask for glasses and replacement of base of on bed. Linen is old not right sizes of bed linen.
