The Location is Superb, close to the Gables Shopping Centre. Very Spacious Unit, that has a very modern design, with an outdoor patio.

The maintenance is absolutely terrible! 1. Kitchen; - No kettle - Old pots with 1 handle - Very few & Chipped plates - Very few glasses, mugs & Teaspoons 2. Bathroom; - 1 of 3 lights working - Shower door handle broken - Toilet paper holder broken - Hand Towel holder broken - Handwash soap dispenser broken - No hooks to hang towels - Toilet seat Loose 3. Bedrooms; - Furniture with signs of deterioration - Broken shelves in the closets - No globes in side lamps - old squeaky bed - old bedding - fitted sheet smaller than mattress size 4. Patio; - Broken Patio furniture - Braai not cleaned from previous guests - Signs of incomplete paint repairs 5. Hygiene; - Dust on higher shelves & top of fridge - Dirt under the beds

Location

About 6 hours after the check-in, there were no towels available 4 us. They were drying. They didn't check the equipment, microwave and electric kettle were not working. In the morning, the last guests took a bath with cold water, warm water finished. There are only 2 cups for tea for an apartment with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The apartment wasn't so clean, especially the windows and bathroom.

There was no breakfast. Self catering. It was brilliant, we had cutlery and all we wanted to use. But if there could be serving dishes/ bowls for salads. Either than that everything was good.

The place was on the good location and it was clean the staff was good and friendly

Some of the window locks was broken and the shower tap was broken and the safe was not working luckily nothing was stolen or damaged
