Just bathroom and air-conditioning, bath just need to be unclogged it fills up that's all pretty quick, air-conditioning leaks on floor put a towel there that's just needed to be fix, but still good .

The View of the hotel is amazing, It's also at a good location. The room design was also nice. The building has a lot of facilities, like laundry machines and even laundry shops. there are cafes, restaurants, massage parlors, grocery shops.

When we first arrived, the guy who rents the room had to fix the WIFI which was not working. After fixing it, we noticed the WIFI was very slow, almost not working, to which his response was "there are millions of people in Pattaya", we had to let the matter go as he was a bit old. The tap water had a very bad smell towards the end of our stay, we didn't raise this, as we only had almost 2 days left, so we decided to put up with it.

Fantastic view and service minded host who was easy to get in touch with during our stay.

The bed was too hard, as well as unstable internet in the apartment.
