Great location in central part of city. Close to entertainment, beach, and great restaurants. Nice pool. Laundry, coffee shop, and convenience store on ground floor of building. 24 hour security. Great ocean view from 27th floor.

The dark wood trim darkens the room considerably. There are no centrally located overhead lights. All of the bulbs are low-powered bulbs along the periphery. The room is quite dim at night even with all lights on at full capacity. Also the room’s best feature comes with a drawback. The ocean view is the best feature. the entire south-facing wall of the unit is glass. There are large glass windows and sliding doors so that the ocean view can be enjoyed from inside the unit. However, the unit has light-colored sheer curtains that block very little morning sunlight. So it is hard to sleep past 8 am due to the large amount of light entering through the glass. The unit could desperately benefit from a great set of blackout curtains. If you are an earth riser it will not be an issue. But this is not the unit for those intent upon R&R and sleeping into the early afternoon
