Excellent value for money. Very reasonably priced in comparison to other properties in the area. Excellent location - within walking distance of many bars and restaurants but far enough away that there is no noise at night time. Supermarket directly across the street. The lady at reception was lovely and very helpful. Clean and spacious room including a fridge and a kettle which were handy. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend!

Spacious room, balcony; had all the basic necessities big bed, kettle, warm water, good air conditioning, and towels. Perfect for travelers that only need a place to sleep at night.

It was honestly disappointing paying this amount in Thailand for a very mediocre room. The bed was hard, a couple of reptiles and critters were in our room just as we entered and had to ask the staff to take them out. Got dozens of bites all over my body on the last night, could have been bed bugs based on the amount. The cleanliness of the place was pretty low (sheets didn’t feel washed, mirror was dirty, floor was sandy), not sure how the room service works they never tried to clean our room but did knock loudly to wake us at 10:30am to check out although check out is only at 12:00. The amount of mosquitoes and critters up by 100% the second you turn into the pathway leading to the guesthouse, it’s creepy and dark at night with couple of dogs barking at you and in the morning construction workers staring at you in a harassing way. I don’t understand why this place has good reviews but as a girl I’d not recommend it.
