Much nicer than the pictures - very large comfortable room with everything you need

Stayed during Christmas/ new year, at that time it was good value. Koh Tao is a lot busier than previous years making all accommodation expensive for what it is. The location of hotel is not good. Everything else was decent.

WiFi failed on day 2

The location was really great - right next to loads of good restaurants, shops, activities and a 15 minute walk from the beach. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The room itself felt quite grimy, we had loads of bugs in the room, the shower and tap were constantly dripping so the bathroom was always damp. There often weren't any staff downstairs so it wasn't the easiest to get hold of them. And to get to the hotel you had to walk down a dirt path (it's not on a real road) which wasn't the most fun at night.

Good restaurants in walking distance

Its was cheap, But not worth it anyway

No cleaning/room service. Weird location.
