The room was very nice. Great value for money. The location is excellent, there is a lake just down the road and nai harn beach as well. Ya nui beach is only 10 mins away and so was prom thep cape view point.

A lot of space, kitchen with everything that you need, 7/11 and pharmacy near, beach is 15 min walk from this hotel

I was unlucky and got a very noisy room. That was noise from the road with big traffic and noise from the bar near, I couldn't sleep. I asked to change a room for me, but they couldn't. Also the air conditioner was noisy and didn't work well, probably pult needs a new batteries, that was hard to change a temperature. Bed linen is very cheap, from synthetic fabrics. After cozy places in Phuket Town this room was dark and uncomfortable

The hotel is close to the beach, about 15 minutes on foot. The price-performance ratio is also right. It was cleaned every day and the staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately, the negative outweighs the negatives: our room was on the street side, so it was extremely loud. We also heard the bar next door playing loud music late into the night. Our air conditioning was broken and it was incredibly hot in the room. We received compensation from the hotel staff for this inconvenience. The room is also a bit run down and no longer looks like it does in the pictures.

Nice looking building

Equipment is okay but no coffee or tea bags refreshments on the table! Thight considering the price. Our bathroom mat was old and Shraded No hand towels

Location, nice large room with a very nice balcony

The only 2 things that would give this property a perfect score are warmer water in the Jacuzzi and softer mattress. It was way too firm for us.

A room with a kitchen and big balcony pointing to the hills that was really nice ...Close to restaurants and 7/11 etc etc Staff is friendly It was some kind of smell inside the room maybe because of mold but one night here is not a problem
