This hotel is in a great location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and a quick stroll to scooter rentals, cafes, laundromats, restaurants and bars.

Be aware that the pictured Jacuzzi is not available to all guests - only those who book the Jacuzzi room. In addition, there were many broken items in our room on arrival such as the microwave, safe, and shower door. There was also a big sign stating that we could be charged for any broken items in the room which created unnecessary anxiety on our vacation. Lastly, and I know this is not the hotels fault, but the power and water were out the second day of our stay so we ended up booking accommodations elsewhere. For this the hotel was very understanding and was able to refund us our money.

Friendliness of staff, LOCATION, good soundproofing. Comfortable bed too.

There is not any hot water at the outdoor spa or basin. Rendering it unless. Water in shower could have been hotter as well.

Amazing value for the location. Comfortable beds and an awesome view of the mountains from the balcony. It is 200 meters from Nai Harn Lake so it's hard to beat this kind of value.

The check-in process was a pain. I had to flag down staff by going to the Pharmacy next door, have them treat me like an idiot, and then have them call the owner to sort it out. Not a good experience with bags from traveling.

Great location, clean and lots of kitchen utilities.

The bed was a bit firm for our preference, but still clean.
