"Basic with areas for improvements"

The location, the supermarket which is within one min walk, ease of access (from getting the keys to getting in and out), good wifi and the size/ spaciousness of it given it's a studio flat.

Only one cup for a hot drink (the rest only glasses for cold drinks), holes in the fitted sheet on the bed, no shower curtain and no hand towel.
